Setting Up An Account

You can be sure that, as a customer of Angelo's Office Furniture & Supplies, you will receive the highest quality products. So if for any reason you not satisfied with the products you have received, you may return the item within the applicable time frame (you have a minimum 30 days guaranteed by our store, if product warranties aren't already offered by the manufacturer).

When returning items, you must have your original receipt, invoice, or e-mail confirmation. Once you have this paperwork, please call us at (888) 313-6226 to make arrangements for free pickup. If you are located near our main offices in CO, this pick up will be made by a representative of the company. If, however, you are not local, we will make arrangements for a carrier to pick up your products.

Once we have verified your purchase, we will happily refund the full purchase price for your item(s), make an exchange, or issue you a store credit, with the following exceptions:

Desktop computers, monitors, printers, scanners, faxes, handheld computers, and all-in-one machines must be returned in their original packaging and with all accessories within 14 days of purchase to qualify for either a full refund or an exchange or credit.

Return/exchange requests that do not qualify under our return policy might qualify for service or repair under the appropriate manufacturers warranty. Please call (888) 313-6226 to receive assistance in contacting the manufacturer.

Any stocked furniture item in new condition, unassembled and in the original packaging may be returned within 14 days of purchase for a full refund, an exchange, or for store credit.

We apologize, but custom ordered furniture items, Manufacturer Direct items, and custom imprint items (e.g., stamps, embossers) are custom made to your specific requirements and, as such, may not be returned. For your protection please make your custom purchase selections carefully.

Special Order Products
Angelo's Office Furniture & Supplies has working relationships with over 200 office products manufacturers and is therefore able to work closely with these companies to provide you with the best service available. Please note that many special orders are delivered directly from the manufacturer. Therefore, a minimum of 3-4 business days is usually required for special order delivery. If you wish, please call us at (888) 313-6226 to receive an ETA of when your product will arrive.
