By Phone:

Ordering by phone is easy and usually the fastest way to order items at our store. Simply give us a call at (888) 313-6226 to place your order.
Please be ready to specify item numbers along with their respective quantities.
In addition, leave us your name, number, the address of where you would like the products to be delivered to, and how you prefer to pay.
If you are located in Larimer, Weld, or Laramie counties, you may pay COD.
Otherwise, we will need a credit card for pre-authorization.
By Fax:

Know your product numbers? Click the link below to open up a Word file in which to enter those numbers to place an order.
Order Form (.xls, Microsoft Excel)
- Print the completed Word file.
- Fax your printout to (847) 628-1469 and we will process it within 24 hours!
By E-mail:
- Similar to faxing, simply click the order form link above to enter in your product information.
- Save the file to your hard drive so that you can easily find it.
- Click here to open up your e-mail program.
- Type 'New Order' in the Subject line.
- Attach the saved file to the message.
- Click 'Send' and your order will be processed within 24 hours!
